Live online meditation for workplace teams
Give your team space to pause, reset and return with greater clarity.
The Workplace Reset is a private, human-led meditation program for busy teams—four accessible 30-minute sessions each month, plus short guided practices employees can use between sessions.
Beginner-friendly · cameras optional · no obligation to continue
The reality of mental carryover
Work may stop. The mind often does not.
Employees can finish one task while mentally carrying the next five. Meetings, messages, deadlines and unresolved conversations often continue occupying attention long after the working day has ended.
The Workplace Reset creates a protected moment each week to slow down, settle the mind and practise meeting everyday demands with a little more steadiness.

What workplace research suggests
Evidence-informed, without overclaiming.
Research across workplace mindfulness programs suggests potential benefits for perceived stress, mental health and employee wellbeing. Evidence for direct productivity gains is promising, but remains less conclusive.

Part of a broader approach
Employee support should sit alongside good work design.
The Workplace Reset complements—not replaces—an organisation's psychosocial risk controls, work-design measures, employee assistance services or professional mental-health support.

Why live matters
A more personal experience than pressing play.
Early participants have described the live sessions as personal, authentic and easier to stay present with than automated meditation alone.
“Having the live interaction made the difference. I wasn't at all distracted as I often get with automated meditations.”
“Amar is the perfect person to experience this meditative journey with. I was blown away.”
“Amar's presence made me relax and let down my guard right away. There's just something authentic about him.”

Experience behind the practice
From working life to a life of practice.
More than thirteen years ago, while working in a government role in Sydney, Amar encountered a depth of stillness that changed his relationship with the mind. That path eventually led him to his Guru's ashram in India, where meditation, service and spiritual practice have formed part of daily life for thirteen years.
Alongside ashram life, Amar worked in project management within a university environment and in business development for an enterprise hospital-information system. These roles kept meditation connected to practical working realities: competing priorities, thoughtful communication and the challenge of putting the day down when it is over.
Through Sacred Mind Guide, he brings that experience into workplaces in a form that is practical, inclusive and accessible regardless of belief.
